A. General Restaurant Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Government taxes will be levied as applicable.

Discounted offers are applicable only on cash and card payments.

Only one offer can be availed at a time.

Prices for items and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

Restaurant operational timings are 11:00 AM to 1:30 AM.

We also undertake outdoor catering services.

In case of any dispute, the restaurant management’s decision will be final.
B. Party & Banquet Booking Policy

The minimum guaranteed number for any party booking is 50 persons.

For booking confirmation, 50% of the minimum guaranteed revenue must be paid as an advance.

The remaining balance must be cleared on the day of the event via cash, card, or UPI.

In case of cancellation, prior intimation of at least 7 days is mandatory.

Advance amount can be adjusted in the restaurant bill or

Postponed to the next available date

No cash refund will be provided.

Buffet food will be provided 10% above the minimum guaranteed guest count.

Plate sharing is strictly prohibited.
C. Event Timings

Final music timing: 11:00 PM

Final food serving time: 11:30 PM
D. Liability & Damages

Banquet management will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings or items during the event.

Any damage or loss caused to the venue, equipment, or property during the event will be charged accordingly.

Charges will also apply for missing or broken items.
E. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute or unforeseen circumstances arising during the event, management reserves full rights to take the final decision.
